Orders
How long will my order take to arrive?
Orders will be delivered until 7pm on the following day after confirming the purchase, as long as they are placed before 12:00 on working days between Monday and Thursday. Orders in Portugal will be delivered in 1-2 days. Orders placed after 12:00 p.m. or placed on Fridays, Saturdays or holidays will be processed on the following business day, this being the time when the 24-hour or 2-3 day period begins to count.
Can I cancel my order?
Orders that have been dispatched cannot be cancelled. If you want to cancel your order, send us an email to joieriamoner@joieriamoner.com notifying the cancellation of your order and the reason for cancellation, and we will do everything we can to help you. You can also manually cancel your orders in the order history of your user account. If you do not see the cancellation link, it is because we have probably already prepared and sent your order.
Where is my order?
We want you to be able to control your orders at all times. Therefore, when we send your order you will receive a confirmation email in which we will provide you with a link to monitor your order live. In addition, you can see this link in the "My Orders" section of your user account.

What happens if I want to change my delivery address?
Once your order has been sent, unfortunately we will not be able to make any change of address.

What should I do if I receive a defective item?
JOIERIA MONER only sells items in perfect condition, so if you exceptionally receive an item in bad condition, contact us by sending an email to joieriamoner@joieriamoner.com
Returns and exchanges
What is your return policy?
At JOIERIA MONER we want you to be satisfied with your purchase, so if you received the product in bad condition, got the wrong size or simply don't like it, you can exchange the product for another one or we will give you a refund!
Can I change my items?
Yes!
- I received the order in bad condition
- I got the wrong size and would like to exchange it
- The product is not what I expected and I would like to exchange it for another
In any case, it is essential that the products subject to an exchange are in perfect condition and without obvious signs of use, otherwise no exchange can be made. It is your responsibility to provide adequate packaging to ensure that the items arrive at JOIERIA MONER in perfect condition. If you have difficulty finding suitable packaging, we suggest using the original box in which you received your order.

Do they replace the items with the indication "not available"?
If an article is out of stock, it will be indicated as "temporarily out of stock" and we will try to replace it as soon as possible.

How can I make sure that my purchase has been done well?
